中心城区区域经济发展模式的选择与分析

随着经济持续发展，各大城市中心城区的经济发展模式日渐成熟，由于中心城区发展的特殊性和广泛的示范性、带动性，比较分析不同模式的发展过程和成功经验，不仅有助于城区区域经济发展途径的研究，也为其他中心城区探求区域经济发展道路提供模式参考和路径选择。在对国内各大城市中心城区发展现状比较分析的基础上，提出了当前国内中心城区发展的四种典型的经济发展模式，并对这四种模式的代表城区进行了分析研究。

Choice and analysis on downtown regional economic development

With the economy developing continually,development models in downtown cities are mature gradually.For the specialization and extensive demonstration and leadership of downtown development,to compare and analyze development process and successful experience is not only helpful to study on regional economic development approach and will provide mode reference and route choice for other downtowns to explore development routes.On the basis of the analysis on development of major downtowns,we put forward that there are four typical development modes and have studied on these typical downtowns.
