| 摘 要： | 《三国演义》不乏刘备错失荆州、诸葛亮北伐战略保守、姜维轻敌亡国等战略失误；不乏何进招揽外镇勤王、王允刚急除恶务尽等失误的政治决策；不乏张飞欲杀董卓、陈宫斩杀曹操、曹操不杀刘备等遗患无穷个人的失误决策。这些错误决策，是由深刻的历史原因、人才理念、思想原因、性格原因共同造成的。而这些失误决策酿成的，却凸显其文学性与人性的遗憾关。

| Abstract: | There were some characters′wrong strategic decision such as Liu Bei,Zhu Geliang;some people′s wrong decisions in politics such as He jin,Wang Yun,and other′s personal wrong decisions such as Chen gong,Cao cao and so on.There were reasons for these wrong decisions,mainly lying in history,the thoughts on the talented persons,and personal thoughts or characters.However,what these wrong decisions caused highlight literature and the beauty of humanity. |
