| 摘 要： | 注重知识传授与道德导向并拳，在学生中积极倡导“以诚为天、以信为本”、“诚信为人、诚信立业”、“学习做人、学会做人”的理念，坚持不懈地开展大学生做人教育。教书育人，是高校教师工作之本。一般地说，“教书”是指在课堂上向学生传授专业知识，培养学生的科学文化素质，发展学生的智能；“育人”是指教师通过课上课下的教学和教育活动，通过教师的行为对学生进行的一些显性或潜在的政治、思想道德教育，促进学生的全面发展。目的就是要为社会培养和造就具有良好思想道德素质及个性心理品质，具有较高科学文化素质及技能的劳动者和接班人，即所谓“德才兼备”。
