中国人力资本收益不足的症结分析

摘    要:加大人力资本投资对发展中国家的市场化建设和经济增长将起到积极的促进作用。虽然中国人力资本投资不断加大,但人力资本收益却不高,其原因主要有分工演进不足导致人力资本投资浪费以及粗放型生产方式使人力资本成为弱势要素。所以,应加深分工水平的横向和纵向发展,加强集约型生产建设,提高中国人力资本收益。

Abstract:There is positive effect of enlarging the human capital investment on the market construction of economy growth of developing countries.The China's human capital investment is increasingly enlarging,but the profit of human capital is low,which reasons include the waste of human capital investment caused by the insufficient evolution of the division and the extensive production method.We should deepen the division level,strengthen the intensive production construction and then improve the China's human capital profit.
