| 摘 要： | 新加坡淡马锡模式是国有企业经营管理的典范,通过了解其国有资产管理模式,有助于我国国有资产管理模式的创新。比较分析淡马锡国有资产管理的经验,从多个维度剖析淡马锡国有资产管理模式的内容和成功的原因,进而为我国国有资产管理模式改革提供有益借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | Temasek model in Singapore is a paradigm of state-owned enterprises′ management.Knowing its management model would be helpful to the innovation of China′s state-owned asset management.In this study,a multiple dimensions analysis is made on Temasek state-owned enterprises′ administration experience,its characteristics and the reasons for success.It attempts to provide useful lessons and reference to Chinese state-owned enterprises reform. |
