| Abstract: | This paper argues that the recyeling economy is in essence an eeo-economy and defines the goal , evaluation concept of the strategic reeyeling operation and explores its function , theoretical assumption and other relevant issues and finally proposes some principles to be followed in the evaluation of the performance of the strategic recycling operation. |
