| 摘 要： | 按照企业技术创新过程测度,建立起我国油田企业技术创新能力评价指标体系;利用群组层次分析法赋予指标权重,实现了群决策的统一性和高效性;应用模糊综合评价方法对我国油田企业技术创新能力进行评价,有效实现了油田企业技术创新能力的排序,为企业进一步提高技术创新水平提供了方向和依据。

| Abstract: | The evaluation index system of technologic innovation of oil field enterprise is constructed based on the technologic innovation process of the enterprise.And the consistency and efficiency of group decision is offered through group analytic hierarchy process.By the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the technologic innovative ability of oil field enterprises is evaluated to rank all the evaluated enterprises effectively,and to point out the direction and basis for the enterprises to promote their technologic innovative ability. |
