| Abstract: | The small and the medium size enterprises in the Pearl River Delta have been developed for more than 20 years and they have their distinct characteristics. Now they are facing new opportunities for development. Therefore, they should have the countermeasures in the following 5 aspects: 1. to further emancipate the mind; 2. to have specialized, accurate, unique, and new strategies for development; 3. to improve the management of the legal entity; 4. to fasten the construction of the information system; and 5. to try to become listing companies. |
