| 摘 要： | 随着经济不断提升,建筑业也随之迅猛发展,因建设工程的复杂性,其引发的各主体间的民事诉讼案件逐年增多,为审理此类案件,工程造价司法鉴定成为必不可少的一环,在建设工程纠纷案件中起着极为重要的作用,它是解决纠纷案件,使案件作出公平公正判决的重要依据.本文试从工程造价司法鉴定存在的问题出发,探讨解决对策.
