| 摘 要： | 基于2008～2016年的湖南省地级市面板数据,利用了DEA-Malmquist指数法测算了湖南省14个地级市的农业全要素生产率,基于此,运用固定效应模型就城镇化水平对农业全要素生产效率的动态影响进行了实证分析。实证结果表明,城镇化对农业全要素生产率的增长有负作用且存在"U型"关系。因此,应当对农村剩余劳动力进行科技教育和培训,提升机械化水平以及种植结构的调整,以此来减弱因城镇化造成的劳动力减少而对农业全要素生产率的影响。
