| 摘 要： | 中小企业信息化软件的研发过程中存在着很大的风险,而降低软件研发风险的关键则是选择合适的高效的外包商。利用DEA方法对外包商的有效性进行排序,为企业软件研发选择外包商提供了评价的方法和理论依据。

| Abstract: | There is a number of high-risks for SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in the process of developing information software and the key of reducing the risk of developing software is that choosing the suitable and efficient outsourcing business. It makes use of DEA method to order effectiveness of outsourcing businesses, which provides a theoretical basis and method of the evaluation about choosing the suitable and efficient outsourcing businesses which develop software for enterprises. |
