| 摘 要： | 近年来有关改革开放前新中国土地政策发展演变的研究日见升温。为进一步推动这一工作，本文将改革开放前1949——1978年土地政策划分为新中国成立初期、全面建设社会主义时期、文化大革命时期、徘徊时期等4个阶段，进而对其进行了介绍、分析与探讨。

| Abstract: | Many scholars have paid great attention to the research of historical change of Chinese land policy before reforming and opening in recent years. In this paper,the development of the Chinese land policy before reforming and opening (1949 - 1978) is parted as four stages,i.e. initial stage at the founding of R.R.China, overall socialist construction period, Great Cultural Revolution period and lingering development period. Then every period 's land policy is introduced and analysed. |
