贸工农一体化经营与市场交易的选择研究

贸工农一体化经营与市场交易方式本质上是两种不同的资源配置方式，工商企业要结合自身情况选择适宜的形式。在以交易费用与管理费用的比较作为选择基准这一传统观点的基础上，从企业的市场业绩角度进行更加深入的考察，提出以一体化经营前后企业年利润总额及其上升率作为基准，并且从这一基准出发，对企业是否实行一体化经营提出了五项适用条件。

The Selection Between Vertical Coordination and Spot Markets

Vertical coordination and spot markets are actually two different; ways to allocate resources Agri-food firms should select appropriate way with consideration of paticular situation of each firm. Based on the traditional idea that regards the comparison between transaction cost and management cost as the main criterion, this paper studies deeply from the perspective of market effect. It evaluates the resource allocation ways by the criterion of profit and its growth rate of a particular firm before and after her vertical coordination. From this criterion, the paper carries out five conditions to help managers to make the decision.
