煤矿企业岗位绩效工资分配模式研究

摘    要:通过分析岗位绩效工资的理论基础,以山东枣庄矿业集团蒋庄煤矿中层管理人员为例,引入要素评分法,定量分析岗位相对价值,划分了岗位等级,从而确定岗位工资;设计了具体的考核指标,以确定绩效工资,并根据岗位工资和绩效工资的构成不同,设计了不同的工资核算与支付方式。
