The Recycling Economy Theory and The Economic Sustainable Development in the Western Region

The recycling economy is a kind of economic model which has been developed on the basis of the coordinated development of environment and economy,it is also the means that can be used to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and to protect the environment,its ultimate purpose is to pursue the coordinated development of economic recycling circle and ecological recycling circle.The development of recycling economy in the western region will help effectively protect and utilize the resources,restore the ecology,adjust the economic structure and reduce environmental pollution.
