| 摘 要： | 设计了基于PROFIBUS的塑料挤出生产线控制系统,实现了对装置和过程的多回路、多变量集中监控。生产过程的控制与管理一体化,节省了硬件投资,增强了现场级信息集成能力,有效地提高了系统可靠性和控制精度。

| Abstract: | A control system of plastic extrusion line on the basis of the PROFIBUS is designed.The system achieves central monitoring of the devices and the processes with the multi-return routes and multi-variables as well as the integration of production process control and management.This system saves the hardware investment,strengthens information integration ability and enhances efficiently the system reliability and the control precision. |
