| 摘 要： | 福建省改进工作作风,密切联系群众的先进典型蕴含了以下三个规律,即坚持群众利益高于一切的理念、坚持群众话语权与坚持建构密切联系群众的长效机制。这些规律既对今后警惕和防止党群工作的"联系群众秀"与"蛙水关系"有着重要意义,也对强化领导干部的群众观、让群众对党的领导有信心有着深刻的启示。

| Abstract: | There are three laws in advanced model for improving work style and keeping close links with the masses in Fujian.They are adhering to the people＇s interests above everything else,the mass discourse power and constructing long-term mechanism of maintaining close ties with the masses.These rules are not only of great significance to guard against and prevent from the maintaining-close-tieswith-the masses show and the relationship of frogs and water,but also of profound enlightenment to strengthen the Leading cadres＇ mass view and make people have confidence in the leadership of the Party. |
