现代科技与社会多维互动发展的超循环结构

文化、经济、政治这些相继介入科技发展的社会力量都促成了不同的科研模式,并派生出不同的社会功能。但是,每一种功能的实现都不能被完全归结为一种科研模式的产物,科研动机与其所带来的社会效应之间是非线性对应的,这就使各种社会动力催生的各种科研模式之间保持着各种直接或间接的关联,它们通过这些关联耦合成一个超循环的科技系统。社会对科技发展的需求是多元化的,由任一力量单独主导科技系统都会限制其多元社会功能的实现,而且这些社会功能往往能够通过科技与社会互动的多级反馈环路彼此弥补各自动力源的缺陷。因此,科技发展的理想模型应是各种价值取向的科研活动都能均衡发展。

The Hypercycle Structure of Multidimensional Interactive Development between Modern Science,Technology and the Society

As social factors intervening science and technology in succession,culture,economy and politics help to bring out different scientific research modes,and derive out various social functions.However,the realization of each kind of function can not be integrated into one scientific research mode,because scientific research motivation is nonlinear in correspondence with its social effects,which makes different research modes form a hypercycle of the science-and-technology system by keeping direct or indirect relations.Multiple social demands should be met from the development of science and technology.Each science-and-technology system,dominated by one certain power,may restrict the realization of multiple social functions.Moreover,these social functions often compensate for defects of each power source through the multistage feedback loops of the interaction of science,technology and the society.Therefore,the ideal mode of scientific development performs as the balanced development of scientific research activities on different value orientations.
