Abstract:Training is an important content of human resources management in enterprises.To avoid misunderstanding often emerged in the process of training and to construct training system based on managing the training demand so as to promote the transformation of training achievements is one of the important factors of keeping the energetic vitality and realizing the sustainable development of modern enterprises.
