| 摘 要： | 发展农民用水者协会是解决我国灌溉水资源管理问题的一条有效途径，对农民用水者协会的运行机制的深入分析和准确把握是推进我国农民用水者协会进一步发展的关键。文章通过单一回合静态博弈模型、重复博弈模型对用水者持续运行的可能性及条件进行了分析，并将模型延伸到更多农民参与用水者协会的情况，即由两人合作走向多人合作，最终结果表明，个人的声誉机制和谋求长期稳定利益的期望促使农民用水者协会持续稳定地运行：
