| 摘 要： | 工程施工项目成本的管理与控制,是建筑施工企业生存和发展的核心基础。文章结合十一冶山西阳煤集团氧化铝一期工程项目,分析工程项目成本控制的内容,阐述工程项目成本控制体系的建立和运用,以达到项目成本管理与有效控制的目的。

| Abstract: | The cost management and control of construction projects are the core that is related to the existence and development of an construction enterprise.Taking the project,alumina phaseⅠof the SHIYIYE Shanxi Yangmei Group as an example, the author analyzes the cost control of a project and illuminates the building and the application of the cost control system of a project so as to effectively manage and control costs. |
