北京“十一五”国土资源科技发展面临的形势

按照科学发展观的要求,建设北京市社会主义新农村、建立资源节约型和环境友好型城市、统筹空间规划、促进区域经济和社会协调发展等,对北京市国土资源开发利用与管理,特别是国土资源领域科学技术发展提出了更高的要求。北京市国土资源科技发展要从加强对科技工作的领导、深化科技体制改革、加大科技创新人才培养、加大对科技工作的投入、加强国内外技术交流与合作等方面着手进行。
