| 摘 要： | 分析了厂网分开以后,由于保底政策将成历史,外部环境复杂,电价问题悬而未决,煤价上升等问题,使得火电厂经营形势发生了很大变化,产生了很大压力。为了适应这一新的变化,提出了一些行之有效的措施和对策。
