| 摘 要： | 本文应用应变电测系统对某轻工机械厂生产的塑料注射成型机进行了工程测试,利用散点图分析了测试数据变化趋势,并采用最小二乘法建立了锁模力的经验公式。为改进塑料注射成型机合模机构的设计、模具设计提供了可靠数据。

| Abstract: | An injection mould, produced by a light industry factory, is technologically tested with the help of the strain electronic measuring system. The data variation tendency is analyzed by using scatter plots. The expeerimental formula of locking-mould-force is established by using least- squares method. It supplies reliable information for improving the design of the mould-assem bling mechanism and the moulds. |
