| 摘 要： | 高校在新形势下的房产管理亦需做出相应调整。伴随计算机在高校管理中的普遍应用,面对管理过程中的大量信息、数据,利用信息化管理手段来进行管理创新,是提高高校房产管理水平的一个重要途径。笔者经过调查,并结合高校房产管理情况与自身工作经验,对高校房产管理信息化作了初步的探讨。
