| 摘 要： | The construction of ecological environment is an important part of Grand Western Development Strategy. Laofengkou＇s eco-project in Tacheng, Xinjiang, carried on a beneficial exploration in the theory and application of the sustainable development of the ecological project construction, and it put forward a three-dimensional progressive ecological model consisting of ecological project, organism control, industrial development, and the key of system innovation in implementing, which provided the theoretical foundation and practical experience for sustainable develooment of western ecological project construction.
