| 摘 要： | 无线市话(小灵通)以其单向收费、电磁辐射小、待机时间长等诸多优点,赢得了广大城乡客户的青睐。据不完全统计,全国“小灵通”用户已突破千万。在“小灵通”较为成功的发展过程中,网络规划与运行维护起着至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Local wireless phones are becoming popular because of the following advantages: charges on the caller only, less radioactivity, and longer stand-by time. According to incomplete statistics China's subscribers of the phone have already reached 10,000,000. It is of essential significance to plan and maintain the local wireless phone network. |
