我国银行保险构建战略联盟的博弈分析

在全球范围内,银行与保险公司整合不断增加,我国银行保险也取得了快速发展。不同于欧洲等发达地区,在我国通常是保险公司支付高额佣金去争夺少数银行的有限销售网点,有些银行则采用投机策略销售保险产品。这种松散的合作阻碍了我国银行保险的深层次发展。本文通过构建博弈模型来分析该问题,并运用战略联盟理论,提出银行与保险公司应加快建立战略联盟。

A Game Analysis for Establishing Strategic Coalition between Banks and Insurers in China

Signs of increasing integration exist between banks and insurers in the global market. In China, the growth of bancassurance remains strong. Different from the developed courtiers, insurers compete for limited outlets in a few banks by paying high commissions and some banks regard the selling of insurance as opportunistic, which influence the development of bancassurance. This thesis analyzes the theory of strategic coalition by using a game model, and suggests that banks and insurers should establish strategic coalition.
