衡阳电业局低压集抄系统建设与效益分析

摘    要:针对传统抄表方式中的人为估抄、错抄、漏抄等问题,衡阳电业局建设了低压集中自动化抄表系统(简称集抄系统)。通过对每个低压用户安装电子载波表。利用电力载波及GPRS/CDMA通信方式自动采集计量数据,实现远程自动抄录、线损自动计算、远程通断电和负荷控削。该系统还具备与营销信息系统接口进行电量电费计算等多种功能,有效地提高了抄表教据的准确性、一可靠性和公变台区线损数据的真实性,促进了营销管理水平的提高。
