| 摘 要： | 介绍国外水资源一体化管理基本原则的发展过程、水资源一体化管理的发展动态。根据中亚进行水资源一体化管理试点的经验,指出水资源一体化管理是世界水资源管理的发展趋势。应该借鉴国外水资源一体化管理的成功经验,推广水资源一体化管理的管理模式,促进我国水利事业的发展。
