新时期我国科研不端行为治理研究

国内科研不端行为的屡屡曝光，反映出我国科研不端行为治理体系建设的薄弱。从科研不端行为的内涵出发，对科研不端行为进行明确界定。在科研不端行为治理现状的分析部分，本文结合国家自然科学基金对科研不端行为处理情况以及近期典型科研不端案件的案例分析，剖析新时期治理科研不端行为中面临的困境，并针对性地提出完善我国科研不端行为治理体系的政策建议。

Research on the Chinese Governance of Scientific Misconduct in the New Period

The frequent exposure of domestic scientific misconduct reflects the weakness of the governance system of scientific misconduct in China. Starting from the connotation of scientific misconduct, this paper makes a clear definition of scientific misconduct. In the analysis of Chinese present governance of scientific misconduct, combining with the treatment of national natural science fund for scientific misconduct and typical scientific misconduct case study, this paper analyzes the difficulties of Chinese governance of scientific misconduct in the new period and offer some policy suggestions to improve the governance system of scientific misconduct in China.
