泰州市中小企业创新支持现状、问题及对策

以江苏省泰州市中小企业作为研究对象，通过实地调查，从对中小企业创新支持主要的四个方面即法律政策支持、金融支持、技术支持、社会化服务支持等详细阐述了泰州市中小企业创新支持的现状及存在的主要问题。并根据中小企业创新支持现状及存在问题提出相应的对策建议，即进一步完善法律法规政策体系，在银行设立中小企业创新支持的专项资金，增加科学研究的资金投入，重视高层次科学人才的培养，充分发挥政府部门的引导作用，发挥第三方中介机构的重要作用，分散风险。

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Innovation Support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Taizhou City

Based on the field survey of small and medium-sized enterprises in Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province,this paper expounds the current situation and main problems of innovation support of small and medium-sized enterprises in Taizhou City from four main aspects of innovation support for small and medium-sized enterprises: legal policy support, financial support, technical support, social service support, etc.According to the current situation and existing problems of innovation support of small and medium-sized enterprises, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, namely, further improving the system of laws, regulations and policies, setting up special funds for innovation support of small and medium-sized enterprises in banks, increasing the investment in scientific research, paying attention to the cultivation of high-level scientific talents, giving full play to the guiding role of government departments and the important role of third-party intermediaries, Spread risk.
