“丝路经济带”核心区物流非均衡发展态势及其效应—以陕西省城市样本为例

摘    要:物流非均衡发展不利于区域经济协调。本文以"丝路经济带"核心区陕西省城市样本为例,采用d-收敛模型、β-收敛模型和面板分位数回归方法测度了陕西省物流非均衡发展态势,并分析了其对经济增长的影响效应。研究发现:①关中-陕北城市间物流客运要素集聚能力非均衡发展态势的缓解速度较快,陕北-陕南城市间缓解速度较慢;陕北-陕南城市间物流货运要素集聚能力非均衡发展态势的缓解速度较快,关中-陕北城市间缓解速度较慢;关中-陕北城市间物流货运通达性非均衡发展态势缓解速度较快,而关中城市群之间的缓解速度较慢;②物流客运通达性非均衡态势对经济增长的抑制效应处于不断缩减状态;而物流货运要素集聚能力非均衡所产生的抑制效应最强,且缓解陕西省城市物流非均衡发展的关键在于促进物流货运要素集聚能力提高;③加快建设围绕"丝路经济带"的陕北、陕南区域中心城市,建设辐射北方和南方的进口出口贸易铁路枢纽中心,并加大出口贸易规模;提高陕西省城市间一级或二级公路建设规模,逐步降低高速路收费费率,才能有效促进陕西省城市物流货运要素集聚能力的提升。此外,要注重对服务业业态培养,深化产业链建设,围绕服务业核心产业拓展产业链,有助于提高运输活力,促进物流货运要素集聚能力提升。

Abstract:As the major target of soundscape research, watersound is deserved to be studied from the perspectives of people''sperceptual preferences and its impact on human emotions andpsychological effects. Based on recent development about watersoundscape research, this paper took the approach of watersoundscape perception testing and then obtained the results ofthe effects of water soundscape on human perception throughexperiments. Overall, 68 volunteers took part in the two parts of theresearch and 20 types of water samplings (14 water sounds and 6rain sounds knocking different materials) were ranked from the leastto the most pleasing acquired with a semantic-differential ratingscale. The preliminary results about the way water sound affectinghuman emotions with different living backgrounds were alsoacquired. The conclusion of the study provides some reference forthe design of water soundscape and rehabilitation landscape, whichis helpful to improve people''s psychological and perceptual state inthe environment with high noise level.
