摘    要:杭州第二水源输水通道工程是浙江省的一项重大民生工程,也是双护盾TBM在华东地区的首次应用与实践。首先介绍了三种TBM类型的特点,又结合工程概况、地质条件以及岩体情况,分析了所采用的CREC696号双护盾TBM的地质适用性。为应对隧道穿越断层带以及下穿G320国道及杭富地铁存在的主要挑战,包括可能出现的塌方突水突泥以及卡机和地表沉降等事故,提出了相应对策:采用隧道超前预报体系,堵水注浆方法及监控量测技术等。

Application and Challenge of Double Shield TBM in Hangzhou Second Water Transmission Channel Project
Abstract:The Hangzhou Second Water Source Water Transfer Channel Project is a major livelihood project in Zhejiang Province, which uses double shield TBM for excavation and it is the first application and practice of double shield TBM in East China. Firstly, this paper compares and analyzes the characteristics and applicable conditions of three different types of TBM, and analyzes the geological applicability of CREC696 double shield TBM used in the project according to the geological conditions and rock mass conditions the project. The main challenges of the tunnel crossing the fault zone and G320 national highway and Hangfu subway are analyzed, including the possibility of water and mud inrush from landslides, and even the accidents of jamming and surface subsidence. At the same time, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, mainly including the tunnel advance prediction system, water blocking grouting method and monitoring and measurement technology, etc.
