由当今疫情出发思考未来风景园林

无论是19世纪的西方还是20世纪初的中国，公共园林伴随着城市建设快速发展所带来的各种公共环境卫生问题应运而生，并不断发展。2020年初的新冠肺炎疫情是在城市规模更大、人的物质与精神双重需求更多样化的背景下发生的。它不可避免地推动了人们价值观和生活方式的转变。由此，城市绿地系统的提升、郊区配套设施的完善，以及由联系城郊的纽带系统提供的安全性、生态性、参与性的综合性生活保障等人居公共环境建设策略都将成为风景园林专业的热点话题。未来的城市与郊区的发展需要发生根本性的转变，建设以人行系统、自然系统为第一系统的复合型链接体系，满足未来人们忘情于天然之趣的生活需求，为人居环境带来质的飞跃。而面对转变，风景园林需要以竖向整合设计为核心技术进行跨专业整合，创造未来新的风景园林核心技术体系，并前瞻性地思考疫情推动下凸显的人类宏观问题。

Vision on Future Landscape Architecture from theCurrent Epidemic Situation

Whether in the 19 th century Europe or in the early 20 thcentury China, public parks were generated and evolved basedupon various public environmental and sanitary crises, broughtby the rapid development of urbanization. The current wave ofcorona virus breaking out at the beginning of this year is undera much larger urban scale and more diverse human''s needs. Theconsequence of this epidemic will inevitably promote dramaticchanges of people''s values and lifestyles. As a result, constructionstrategies of public environment such as the update of more livelyurban green system, improvement of suburban infrastructures,and provision of comprehensive urban-suburb linkage systemwith much higher standard on safety, ecology and participatoryactivities will become a hot topic in the landscape architectureindustry. In the future, this pedestrian and green system will serveas city''s central dominating system, rather than the traditionalvehicular dominating infrastructural systems. This will meet thefuture life needs of people to be close to the nature, and bring aqualitative leap to the human settlement environment. Facing withthese changes, landscape architecture has to develop a practicalstrategy and operational framework on Cross-Disciplinary IntegralDesign (CDID) while using integrated topographical design (ITD)as the key technique. From this time on, a new core technical systemof landscape architecture practice will evolve from this process.Moreover, the whole industry should prospectively think about theanthropological problems highlighted by the epidemic at a large scale.
