Study on the Competiveness and Development of Global Face Recognition Technique Based on a Patent Perspective

In the study, an analysis on such aspects as the current global patent status, comparison of national competitiveness and recognition of risks is made on the basis of global patents in the face recognition field, by means of the indexes including the patent value and the number of valid patents. Risks faced by the face recognition industry in China are further disclosed, and some concrete suggestions are proposed on the industry development, patent portfolio, technical research and risk pre-warning in the face recognition industry.
