| 摘 要： | 本文首先探讨世界国际航运中心的发展规律,其次分析了国际航运中心资源配置的五大形态,再总结伦敦这一迄今为止最为成功的资源配置型航运中心的发展经验,继而从五大形态上进行比较,找出上海航运中心的差距,剖析其形成的原因。文章最后提出了上海发展资源配置型国际航运中心的思路和努力方向。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the development rule of international shipping center and its resource allocation patterns. Then it studies the experience of London as the most successful shipping center and finds out the deficiencies of Shanghai shipping center through the comparison between London and Shanghai. It also explores the reasons for deficiencies of Shanghai shipping center. At last, it gives some advice of developing resources-allocation-typed international shipping center in Shanghai. |
