| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,虽然我国企业在知识产权管理方面成果显著 ,但就目前的情况来看 ,企业知识产权管理过程中仍存在一些突出的问题。通过分析我国企业知识产权管理过程中存在的不足并在此基础上 ,提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Even though Chinese enterprises made the remarkable achievement in the management of intellectual property in recent years,there are still some problems in the management of intellectual property of the enterprise.On the basis of analyzing the insufficiencies that exit in the management of intellectual prorerty of enterprise of our country,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
