| 摘 要： | 低碳经济主要通过高碳出口产业、高碳战略产业、新能源与节能产业、低碳城市、碳交易等途径作用于省域竞争。省域广义低碳业竞争的核心区是低碳化的高碳出口产业、低碳化的高碳战略产业、新能源与节能产业。在低碳创新低速扩散期,省域可采取R竞争策略。从钻石模型中可找到省域打造低碳竞争优势的路径。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon economy influences provincial competition mainly through low-carbon exports,low-carbonization of high-carbon strategic industries,new energy and energy conservation industries,city low-carbonization,carbon trading,etc.The core competition of provincial generalized low-carbon industry lies in low-carbonized high-carbon export industries,low-carbonized high-carbon strategic industries,new energy and energy conservation industries.During the slow diffusion period of low-carbon innovation,R-strategy is suitable for provincial competition.Diamond model can help provinces to build up low-carbon competitive advantage. |
