改革开放以来中国国有控股上市公司的公司治理演进及其基本经验

真正在国企改革中提出并逐渐重视上市公司的公司治理笔者认为是党的"14大"以后,随后历经了3个阶段:第一阶段从1992至1997年党的十五大召开前;第二阶段从1997年党的十五大召开到2003年党的十六届三中全会,这一阶段,伴随着中国证券市场的蓬勃发展,上市公司治理结构问题得到了各方面的重视。第三阶段从2003年党的十六届三中全会至今。

China state owned listed company's cooperate governance revoluation and basic experience after reform and opening up

The author thinks putting forward and grad ually attaching importance to the administering of listed company in the reform of state enterprise in earnest is after the 14th National People's Congress of the Communist Party of China. Then there are three periods after that. The first period is from 1992 to 1997 i.e. the convening of the 15th National People's Congress of the Communist Party of China. The second period is from 1997 to 2003 i.e. The Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In this period, following the prospect development of China security market, the problem of administering structure of listed company acquired attention from various aspects. The third period is from 2003 to present.
