| Abstract: | As important institutional investors, pension funds have preference for stock characteristics including safety, prudence, liquidity and transaction costs, historical performance, investment style and corporate governance. Foreign researchers have made many of theoretical analysis and empirical evidences. However, the research of this aspect in our country is still at the beginning and to be developed in the future. |
