我国技术市场经过二十多年的发展 ,为科技成果的转化 ,推动科技进步和经济发展 ,作出了积极贡献。但仍存在着技术商品的有效供给不足 ;技术市场的需求拉力不够 ;技术市场的市场建设薄弱 ,市场发育不全等问题。文章提出 ,要坚定不移推进科研院所改制 ;搞好企业技术创新 ;对现有技术经营机构进行重组 ;集中力量建设区域性或行业性技术市场以形成检验功能 ;改变技术市场原有的营运模式 ,建立新型的三角依托型模式 ;用高科技手段加强技术市场信息网络化建设 ;建立技术市场的准入机制及技术市场对科技成果的检验功能 ;培养一支高素质的技术经纪人队伍 ;在宏观上从金融和法律两方面提供有力保证。

Problems & countermeasures in developing native technology market

After more than score years' development, the native technology market has made positive contr ibutions to promoting scientific and technological abvance, transforming scientific and technological achievements and developing economy. However, there still exist problems like: lack of efficient supply of tech-wares, inadequate pull from the demand for technology, lack of technology market construction, undergrowth of market, etc. The article points out: we must advance constantly reforms of scientific research institutes; recombine current technological management mechanism; change existing management mode of technology market, and set up a new triangle mode relying on each other; fortify information network construction in technology markets with high technology; set up admittance mechanism and functions testing achievements for technology market; train a group of highly-qualified technicians and economists; provide strong macroscopic assurance in finance and laws.
