| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的进步,机械设备有向大型化方向发展的趋势,工程机械行业大量使用45钢,因此大截面45钢的热处理工艺的探讨与研究,对设计人员正确选择安排设计工艺过程具有重要意义。通过对大截面45钢轴杆类零件的两种不同热处理工艺的比较,阐述了各自的优缺点及应用。

| Abstract: | With the development of scence and technology, mechanical quipments have been become increasingly large, so a large section 45 of steel heat treatment was researched, the designer can correct choice of large section 45 of steel. This paper compares two different heat treatment of the large cross section of 45 steel shaft parts, and describes their advantages and disadvantages and their applications. |
