| 摘 要： | 中小企业为我国的经济建设做出巨大贡献,但同时自身管理上存在的一些问题,制约着中小企业做大、做强。本文用系统学的观点,考察中小企业的管理系统,提出中小企业科学管理系统运行模式,以期提高中小企业管理的整体效能。
