| 摘 要： | 从分析传统物流企业在开展现代物流服务时面临的困境入手．提出了用业务流程再造来对传统物流企业进行改违的理论．归纳出了物流企业业务流程再造的基本原则和实施步骤．并总结出了五个业务流程再造成功的保障措施．从而确保传统物流企业向现代物流企业成功转型。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the predicaments that traditional logistics enterprises face while carrying on modern logistics services,the theory of reforming traditional logistics enterprises with Business Process Reengineering(BPR)is put forward.Then basic implementation principles and steps of BPR are analyzed and five relevant measures ensuring the success of BPR are summarized.Moreover the success of the transition from traditional logistics enterprises to modern logistics enterprises can be ensured. |
