| Abstract: | According to the governance and performance characteristics and shortcomings of existing research of small and medium plate companies,this essay takes a partial correlation analysis method to reflect the small and medium plate companies’ consolidated performance indicators,comparing corporate governance’ impact of different ownership on its performance to arrive at measures of perfecting small and medium plate companies’ governance. |
