摘    要:社会经济发展和企业营销环境变化对营销类人才培养提出了新的要求。目前高校对营销与策划、市场营销两个专业定位还不能完全符合企业对营销人才需求分化的要求。必须面向企业需求,推进营销与策划、市场营销应用性人才的培养体制和模式的综合改革,创新专业定位与人才培养方案,强化人才培养特色。

The Innovation of the Cultivation of Marketing Major for the Needs of Enterprises

Abstract:The development of .social economy and the change of enterprise marketing environment raise ne3v require-ments for the cultivation of marketing major. Universities have not made a distinction between the major of marketing and planning and the major of marketing management in professional orientation. In order to meet the needs of enterprises, we should promote the reform of marketing and planning, the comprehensive reform of cultivation system and mode for applied talents to strengthen the characteristics of talent cultivation.
