| 摘 要： | 高校培养的毕业生是否能够找到适合其专长及特长的工作,是否拥有足够的综合素质及工作能力以尽快适应工作岗位的需要,是中国高校普遍面临的一个重要课题。通过对近半年来福建省高校毕业生毕业后各方面的就业情况的调查和分析,提出加快社会化角色的转变;加强职业和人生规划意识;提高就业工作技能;提升自身的综合素质;改进教学方式,提高教学质量;构建多种平台,探索素质教育新途径等方面的对策措施。

| Abstract: | It is very critical for our universities to help students find qualified jobs and adjust to the new working environment after their graduation.Researching of the university students’ employment situation in the previous six months,this paper puts forwards that students should have the career and life planning,improve their skills and competence,thus the quality of teaching needs to be improved and explores the methods to improve our university education. |
