利用云计算建立进出口信息管理系统的探讨

本文建议国家相关主管部门建立基于云计算的进出口信息管理系统，按照国家对进出口信息系统管理的要求，将整个进出口企业、报关报检代理、海关、检验检疫、外汇管理部门、口岸办等各相关进出口职能部门的内部与外部数据库连接起来，随时掌握数据并实时更新，以利于进出口相关各个部门之间共享进出口的各项信息、密切合作，加强对进出口业务的管理，促进我国进出口贸易的发展。

Suggestion on Using Cloud Computing to Build Import and Export Information Management System

This paper suggests the related departments should build cloud computing import and export information management system and it should comply with our country’s regulation.The internal and external database should be linked together,including the import and export enterprises,customs inspection agents,customs,inspection and quarantine,foreign exchange management,port office and other related departments.The update data would benefit the related departments on the share of the information,strengthen management on the import and export enterprise and promote the trade development in our country.
