| 摘 要： | 本文通过全面提高人才素质、个体自我完善等两个方面对后进生转化工作重要性的阐述;并对其形成的原因及其心理特征进行家庭、社会以及个人三个方面客观的分析,最终从师爱、激励、搭建立体教育等三个方面提出对后进生进行教育转化的策略思考,旨在引发对后进生的关注,做好全面教育工作。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the shift of the underachiever students from two aspects,which are improving the quality and encouraging the individual development and then analyze the reason and psychological features from the view of family,society and individuals.Finally the paper makes suggestion on the shift of the underachiever student,and it’ s critical to have the affection from the teachers,motivation and construct the comprehensive education. |
